On the roadmap
Connect Stripe and accept payment directly from your invoices. Clients pay by card or bank transfer — funds go straight to you.
artwOOrk already has your full CV, project history, and career data. AI uses all of it to help you draft and tailor grant proposals — narrative, budget justification, community impact — matched to the tone of each panel.
Generate tailored artist statements from your CV and work history. Formal, conversational, or press-ready. 100 words or a full page. Multiple versions saved for different contexts.
Log works placed on consignment, track status per piece, and calculate artist vs. gallery splits automatically.
Track edition sizes, AP counts, and the status of every individual piece — sold, available, consigned, or gifted. Includes certificate of authenticity generation.
Attach buyers and supporters directly to works in your registry. Build a complete picture of who has invested in your practice — and let that relationship capital inform your pricing.
See what artists like you — same medium, career stage, and market — are actually charging. Anonymized and aggregated from real artwOOrk users. Real numbers, not guesses.
Log drives to studios, installations, and site visits. Auto-calculate IRS mileage deductions and roll them into your tax export.
Sync project deadlines, grant deadlines, and exhibition dates directly to your device calendar. One tap from any project or opportunity.
See your running timer from the home screen. "Hey Siri, start my timer for the mural project" — hands-free, mid-installation.

Got questions?
Yes — artwOOrk has a free tier that gives you access to core features. A Pro subscription is available for expanded limits and advanced features. Billing is handled through Apple's App Store.
All of them. artwOOrk supports traditional studio practice — paintings, sculpture, photography, installation — as well as social practice: workshops, performances, lectures, murals, public art commissions, and service-based work. Each project type has fields and tools tailored to how that work actually gets made and paid.
The AI Pricing Analysis sends anonymized data — your career stage, credential counts, medium, and location — to Claude AI for pricing recommendations. Your name, email, and specific institution names are never included. You can also upload a photo of your work for visual analysis, select buyer context (gallery, institution, direct, or friend), and get AI-generated negotiation language for the conversation that follows.
artwOOrk generates five contract types: Exhibition Agreements, Gallery Representation Agreements, Workshop Contracts, Speaker Agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). All are pre-filled with your details and exportable as PDFs. For high-stakes agreements we recommend having an attorney review.
The Work Registry is a permanent provenance ledger for your body of work. Every completed or sold piece gets a record — medium, dimensions, edition info, sale price, sale date, and current location. It's the difference between an artist who can account for their practice and one who can't.
Yes. artwOOrk sends push notifications for grant deadlines (7 days out and 1 day out) and overdue invoices. You can toggle notifications on or off from your profile.
Yes. Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security — meaning only you can access your own data. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for any marketing purposes.
